Joyful Yoga

with Michelle Black

Calendar Current session started Nov 7, 2022 at 7 pm

Yoga is a time to reconnect with your sense of a healthy self. This yoga class will focus on movement, breath, and meditation. Students will work on managing the overall health through yoga and meditation, while embracing the JOY of movement through heart-felt themes. People who practice mindfulness find more peace, compassion, creativity and more courage in their lives. Mindfulness allows us to be more present with our thoughts and decide what is important to us. We get better at what we practice and meditation allows us to decide what that is. How would you like to feel six months from now? Now is the time to start working towards that! Thi class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and blanket. Age Requirement: High school and older.

Michelle Black is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 as well as an Anusara-Inspired Yoga teacher, and an Instinctive Meditation Teacher. She has spent the past six years learning about how all of the vital systems in our bodies work together in our yoga practice.
