Souper Yummy Soups

We all love soup when it is cold. There are so many soup-er tasty and soup-er satisfying soups. We will make several different kinds of soups. Chicken gnocchi, chicken noodle, tomato basil, and lasagna soup. To go along with our soups we will be making cheesy ranch French bread, garlic cheese bombs and cheesy breadsticks. We will use a crockpot, Instant Pot and stovetop methods. Don’t miss out!!

Mindfulness allows us to be more present with ourselves and decide how we want to move forward with our health journey. Would you like increased strength, stamina, flexibility and balance? Yoga will help with that. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks and blanket.
