Students will work on managing their overall health through yoga and meditation, while embracing the Joy of movement through heart-felt class themes. People who practice mindfulness find more peace, compassion, creativity and more courage in their daily lives. Mindfulness allows us to be more present with ourselves and decide how we want to move forward with our health journey. Would you like increased strength, stamina, flexibility and balance? Yoga will help with that. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks and blanket.
