This yoga class will focus on posture, breath, and meditation. Students will work on managing the overall stress of life through yoga and meditation, while embracing the Joy of movement through heart-felt class themes. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks and blanket. Age Requirement: High school and older.
Michelle Black is an RYT 500 as well as an Anusara-Inspired® Yoga teacher. She has spent the past five and a half years learning about how all of the vital systems in our bodies work together in our yoga practice.
