***This course will be delivered online via Zoom. *** This yoga class will focus on posture, breath, and meditation. Students will work on managing the overall stress of life through yoga and meditation, while embracing the Joy of movement through heart-felt class themes. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat and blanket. Age Requirement: High school and older.
