Nia is a fitness program designed for Every Body based on the body’s intelligent design. Each class brings mindfulness to your movement and is an exhilarating workout leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Lisa is a licensed Brown Belt Nia Instructor who motivates and teaches each student to maximize their body’s efficiency and to adapt to their individual needs. Each Nia session offers students low impact cardiovascular conditioning, increased flexibility and agility, strength and muscle definition and relaxation techniques. Students should wear comfortable clothing that will move with you, bring a water bottle and a mat or towel for floor work and relaxation. Must be 13 years old or older.

Joyful Yoga

This yoga class will focus on posture, breath, and meditation. Students will work on managing the overall stress of life through yoga and meditation, while embracing the Joy of movement through heart-felt class themes. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat and blanket. Age Requirement: High school and older.

What to wear and what to bring? Work-out clothes that are easy to move in and that you won’t over heat in. Leggings/Yoga Pants, tee shirts, and clean tennis shoes. Don’t forget your, water bottle and small towel.
