The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
What to wear and what to bring? Workout clothes that are easy to move in and that you won’t over heat in. Leggings/Yoga Pants, tee shirts, and clean tennis shoes. Don’t forget your, water bottle and small towel. Who are the certified instructors? Sara Hooten teaches Mondays, Audrey Kemp teaches Tuesdays, and Natasha Maxfield teaches Thursdays.

This yoga class will focus on posture, breath, and meditation. Students will work on managing the overall stress of life through yoga and meditation, while embracing the Joy of movement through heart-felt class themes. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks and blanket. Age Requirement: High school and older.
